1. Timeframe: A specific timeframe within which you can return or exchange items. This can range from 2 to 3 days from the date of purchase.

2. Condition: The clothing you wish to return or exchange must usually be in new and unused condition. Tags and original packaging may also need to be intact.

3. Receipt or proof of purchase: Having the original receipt or proof of purchase is often required for returns or exchanges. It is advisable to keep your receipts in case you need to return or exchange an item.

4. Refund or store credit: Depending on the store's policy, you may be eligible for a refund to the original form of payment or store credit for future purchases .The payment wont be return you have to place an another product instead of being damage.

5.If there is any damage or size issue to the parcel due to our fault, the parcel will be refunded, If due to customer's mistake, the parcel will not be refunded, So kindly place your order according to the size chart.
